We want you to love your Bluegrass Elite gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Below you’ll find our straightforward return and refund guidelines.


Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or one-time size exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags/packaging intact).
  • Exchanges: For sizing issues, we offer a one-time exchange. Contact us first — we’ll help you with the easiest path.

Note: Digital products, gift cards, and limited-drop “final sale” items are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
  • Bluegrass Elite covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns/exchanges.

How to Start a Return

EU Customers

If you’re in the EU, you also have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This right does not affect the exclusions listed above (digital products, final-sale items, etc.).
