Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then shipping follows:

• U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days

We’ll email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that international customers may be responsible for local customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

For sizing issues, we offer a one-time exchange within 30 days as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Full details are on each product page size chart.

Product Quality & Fit

What are your shirts made of?
Our tees are premium ring-spun cotton (heathers may include polyester) for a soft, lightweight feel. Hoodies and sweatshirts use midweight cotton/poly blends for comfort and durability.

How do the sizes run?
Tees: true-to-size unisex fit.
Hoodies: slightly snug — size up if you prefer a looser fit.
Baby Onesies: standard retail sizing.

How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over prints.

Will items be restocked?
We release gear in limited drops. Some items may not return, so if you see something you love, grab it while you can.

Can I request a custom design?

What’s the difference between Basic, Classic, and Elite tees?

We offer three premium tee options so you can choose the balance of comfort, durability, and price that fits you best:

Elite (Tri-Blend)

• 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton, 25% rayon
• Fabric weight: 3.4 oz/yd² (115.3 g/m²)
• Pre-shrunk for extra durability
• 40 singles • Regular fit • Side-seamed construction

Classic (Airlume Cotton & Blends)

• Solid: 100% Airlume combed & ring-spun cotton
• Ash: 99% cotton / 1% polyester
• Heathers: 52% cotton / 48% polyester
• Athletic/Black Heather: 90% cotton / 10% polyester
• Heather Prism: 99% cotton / 1% polyester
• Fabric weight: 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²)
• Pre-shrunk • 30 singles • Side-seamed • Tear-away label • Shoulder-to-shoulder taping

Basic (Classic Cotton)

• 100% cotton
• Sport Grey: 90% cotton / 10% polyester
• Ash Grey: 99% cotton / 1% polyester
• Heathers: 50% cotton / 50% polyester
• Fabric weight: 5.0–5.3 oz/yd² (170–180 g/m²)
• Pre-shrunk jersey knit • Open-end yarn • Tubular

In short: Basic = classic and durable, Classic = premium cotton blends, Elite = lightweight tri-blend luxury. All are pre-shrunk and built to last.
