Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then shipping follows:

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that international customers may be responsible for local customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

For sizing issues, we offer a one-time exchange within 30 days as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Full details are available on each product’s size chart.

Product Quality & Fit

What are your shirts made of?
Our tees use premium ring-spun cotton (heathers may include polyester) for a soft, lightweight feel. Hoodies and sweatshirts use midweight cotton/poly blends built for comfort and durability.

How do the sizes run?
Tees: true-to-size unisex fit
Hoodies: slightly snug — size up for a looser fit
Baby Onesies: standard retail sizing

How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the design.

Stock & Custom Orders

Will items be restocked?
We release gear in limited drops. Some items may not return, so if you see something you love, grab it while it’s available.

Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Reach out through our contact page and we’ll review your request.
